How to Plan Your Meals For Weight Loss

If you’ve been following my work over the past year, then you already know about my concerns regarding the forthcoming 2010 Dietary Guidelines that will tell the American people how they should be eating to be healthy. I was encouraged when my podcast interview guest today was appointed by former President George W. Bush to become the Director of the USDA’s Nutrition Policy And Promotion and especially when they asked for nominations to the 2010 Dietary Guidelines panel. But not surprisingly, there was not a single low-carber named to this panel and the committee has gone on to ignore much of the positive research that has come out about low-carb. Today we hear directly from the director himself in a bit of a tell-all about what is happening with the 2010 Dietary Guidelines panel.
On Thursday I presented a seminar to the food and beverage team. The whole team has 250 members. All but a few were present.
